Technically, as of this writing, the status for the EBook version of Stolen Property is “In Review.” But, experience tells me that it’ll be available on Amazon’s website in an hour or two. So… Woot!
I’ll get the paperback version of this book up later today. It was a marathon session this morning to get the last 1/3rd of the book edited. Now, I can officially put this book behind me and look forward to the next book.
Yesterday the wife and I were discussing this series and I told her that I was only going to do one more book to the series before moving on to another series. I indicated that I have a lot of stories that could go into this series that I would like to write. She said that I should write stories that I like to write. Unfortunately, at the end of the day, this is a business and it has to make money. If the appearance of five books causes the series to take off, then I’ll pick it back up and write the next five. Even if only the KU readers keep the sales going. If it turns out to be a small trickle of income, then maybe (just maybe) I’ll produce a book per year to increase the size of the series and get all of these stories out of my system. I could start a new series with the same characters too and take them in a different direction. There are a lot of creative things that I can do with this.
For, though, I’m going to stick with my plan to finish this series (and the free book called Daphne), then plow my resources into Escape from the Abyss. Anything is possible at this point.
In the meantime, go to Amazon and get the new book!
