We just finished the read-out-loud phase of editing The Demon In Me. I have some fixes that are a little more than just simple grammar fixes, so I’ll spend a couple of days working on them. That means that the book will published before Friday of this coming week. Probably closer to Wednesday.

What’s next?

As I’ve mentioned many times in the last few posts, I plan to complete book 4, which has a tentative title of The Encounter. This is like one of those “Season Finally” episodes they have on TV shows. It will have big battles, epic struggles, and some serious twists and surprises. It feels good to be starting this book earlier than expected. That’s unusual. Hopefully, I can get it completed and wrapped up by early December. That way I can get into the second book of The Traveler series. That one will probably be ready by early February. After that? Well, we’ll see what happens, but I expect to be on to book 5 of The Abyss and chug away at that series for the rest of the year. Maybe I can get to book 8 before the end of the year, but I suspect I’ll only get to book 7.
