It’s February, so we’re one month closer to summer. It got up to 40 today, which made it feel “warmish.” Not to worry, it’ll be back into the twenties by next week. I’m confident of that.
Current Project
My current project is the third book of the Q Mystery series, which I’m writing under my pen name, Elliot Droit. I’m quite a bit ahead of schedule on this one, and I intend to power out the rough draft as fast as I can. I want to get the Q Mystery series wrapped up and advertised so I can see how it performs. The sooner I can wrap that up, the sooner I can get started on the seventh Daphne book. I’m still toying with the idea of a second revision of Novis Terminal. I have the entire outline drafted. The minute I pick that book up, I can start powering out the rough draft.
I’ll probably spend some time on the outline for Shadows in the Bloodline before I finish the Q Mysteries. I don’t have anything right now—just my journal notes.
