Rough Draft – Done

I just wrapped up the last scene for RUSTY’s Memories. The word total is under the 70k I had expected, but I still have to re-read the story and make sure there are no plot holes or missing information. I expect the rough draft to grow in size. I also spent a few minutes with the blurb for the next book and stumbled onto a better title. The next book will be called Shadows in the Bloodline. I don’t have a planned publish date yet. There are four other books I need to write before I start book 7 of the Daphne Blazefire series. I anticipate the editing for RUSTY’s Memories will be wrapped up in the next two weeks, maybe right after next weekend.

My next book will be under my pen name, Elliot Droit. It’s a cozy mystery about a young computer programmer who has a robot dog that only he and his best friend know about. Everyone else thinks the dog is real. If you’re interested, the first book is available on Amazon: A Trail of Clues. The second bookTreasure on the Trail, is expected to be published sometime near the end of January. I plan to produce one book per month (approximately) until I have a 5-book set for the Q Mystery series.
